Rhonda Black Smith is a wife of almost 36 years to her husband, Courtney Smith, a local realtor faithfully serving families across Tennessee and Georgia. Together, they have built a life centered on faith, family, and service. They are parents to seven children and grandparents to three, and their home has long been a place where people feel welcomed, supported, and spiritually encouraged.

For the past ten years, Rhonda has devoted herself to teaching Bible‑centered curriculum and guiding women through Scripture with clarity and compassion, while also sharing practical healthy‑living tips that help women care for their whole selves. She is the author of a two‑time award‑winning book, which she leads women from all across the country through once a year in a warm, community‑focused Zoom study. Her work encourages women to walk closely with God while caring for their family, body, mind, and spirit — a calling she and Courtney live out together in both ministry and everyday life.

We’re Jacob & Christin, founders of We Heart Nutrition, driven by a deep passion for our customers.
But our greatest honor? Raising the five incredible blessings God has given us—Lilah, Sadie, Jay, Brooks, & Hallie. From pregnancy to postpartum—five times over—our journey has shaped our compassion for those striving to feel their best.

While I connect deeply with the stages of womanhood I’ve experienced, I also recognize that every journey is unique—from singleness & infertility to menopause & beyond.

Our mission is to formulate supplements for every stage of life—ensuring that the unique needs of all men & women are thoughtfully woven into everything we offer.

As a board-certified Ob/Gyn for 30+ years, my mission is simple. I want to partner with women as they experience new health challenges and continue to find unique opportunities to improve their health through each stage of life. In recent years, I have focused my learning on functional medicine and taking classes through IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine) to improve my ability to address health issues through lifestyle changes instead of immediately going to conventional prescription medications. Many women are asking for this, including myself, and I have seen so much success with this approach. It is an approach that leads to empowerment and vitality in wellness. I am here to learn, listen, teach and walk alongside women as they acquire the tools to make healthier lifestyle choices in addition to offering appropriate medical interventions–basically treat the whole person.
