Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a digital ticket for the October 23-24, 2026 Women's Conference, you agree to the following guidelines designed to help us serve you well.

Ticket Policy

• Each ticket provides one person access to all conference sessions and materials.

Ticket Transfers

• We know plans can shift, and we want to make attending as easy as possible.

• Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up until the start of the conference on
  October 23, 2026.

• To transfer your ticket, email the new attendee's full name and email address to
  RRSMITH1968@gmail.com.

• Once the conference begins, tickets become non-transferable.

Refund Policy

• Tickets are refundable until August 15, 2026.

• After August 15, 2026, all tickets become non-refundable, as conference preparations and commitments are finalized.

Registration Accuracy

• Please double-check your registration details. Accurate information ensures you receive all conference updates and materials without delay.

Event Dates

• The conference will be held October 23-24, 2026.

• If any schedule adiustments become necessary, we will notify all registered attendees by email.

Media & Recording

• Photos and video may be taken during the event for ministry purposes.

• Personal recording or livestreaming of sessions is not permitted.

Liability

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to participate at your own discretion and release the event organizers from liability related to travel, personal property, or health.
